BEGINNING at the'northwesterly corner of the premises about to be described,
said point being distant the following two courses and distances from a point
on the northeasterly side of Hartons Lane where the same is intersected by
the northwesterly side of land now or formerly of Jonathon Overton, viz: 1)
along said northwesterly line of land now or formerly of Jonathon Overton,
North 51 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds East 484-.03 feet to land now or former-
ly of Miller; 2) along said last mentioned land North 64- degrees 50 minutes
00 seconds West 486.69 feet to the true point or place of beginning; and from
said point or place of beginning; running thence along said land now or former-
ly of Miller, South 64 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East 180 feet to land
now or formerly of Carlsen; thence along said last mentioned land, South 25
degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds West 81 feet to land now or formerly of Neafsey;
thence along said last mentioned land South 85 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds
West 165.28 feet to the northeasterly side of a 20 foot wide right of way
hereinafter described; thence along the northeasterly and southeasterly_sides
of said last mentioned Right of way the following two courses and distances: 1)
North 22 degrees 30 minutes DO seconds West 4-9.90 feet and 2) North 25 degrees
10 minutes DO seconds East 130.10 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way 20 feet in width from Horton's Lane to the premises,
the southeasterly and northeasterly lines of which are described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northeasterly side of Horton's Lane 25 feet south-
easterly along said line from:the point of beginning of the curve in said line
as recently altered; running thence northwesterly on a curve to the left whose
center is the point of curve in said line of Horton I s Lane and whose radius is
25 feet, a distance on said curve of 39.27 feet; thence westerly on a curve to
the left and parallel to the northerly side of Horton's Lane and at all points
distant 25 feet therefrom, a distance along said curve of 87.54- feet; thence
through beach land now or formerly of Hyatt the following three courses and

described on the aforesaid map as Beach 'and deeded to the sellers by MARGERY
D. BURNS by deed dated September 30th.1960 and recorded with the County Clerk
Suffolk County in liber ~889 page 268.
