Towa of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known
and designated as and by the northerly one—half of Plot No, 42,
all of Plots Nos, 43, 44 and 45 and the southerly one—half of Lot
No. 46 (being 80t wide by 1201 deep) on a certain map entitled,
"Mao of Goose Bay Estates", in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, _
New York, said map being made by Lewis N. Waters, L.S., of Oyster
Bay, Long Island, New York, dated September 12, 1934 and filed in
the office of the Clerk of the Cdunty of Suffolk on the 13th day of
November, 1934 as and by the Man No. 1175.
Being and intended to be the same premises described in a
certain deed made by Harry Menzer and Ellen Menzer to Harry Menzer
and Ellen Menzer dated November 24th, 1961, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 8, 1961 in Liber 5094 of
deeds at nage 87.
