Fisher, his wife, as tenants by the entirety, by deed dated January 2,
1920 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 7,
1920 in Liber 986 of deeds at page 545, and the promises conveyed by
deed from Frank Ides and Annie Kiss, his wife, to Michael Fisher and '.
Annie Fisher, his wife, dated January 1, 1920 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 2, 1920 in Libor 967 of deeds
at psga 524, the said Michael Fisher having died a resident of Southold,
Suffolk County, Now York, on December 4, 1934, survived by his wif a,
Annie Fisher, now known as Ann is Fisher Barr, the grantor herein.
