Bay View, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly line of a proposed 50 foot
highway to be known as "Colonial Road", 150.0 feet Northerly along
said Westerly line from the Northerly line of a proposed 50 foot high-
way to be known as "Ed's Road", said point of beginning being the North-
easterly corner of land conveyed by the party of the first part to
Gutierrez, from said point of beginning running along said laid of
Gutierrez and along land conveyed by the party of the first part to
Main, North 60 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds I-lest a distance of 125,0
feet to land conveyed by the party of the first part to Wurth;
THENCE along said land of Wurth, North 28 degrees 41 minutes 30
seconds East a distance of 130.0 feet; j
THENCE along land of the party of the first part, South 60 degrees
02 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 125.0 feet to said Westerly
line of "Colonial Road";
THETICE along said Westerly line South 28 degrees 41 minutes 30
seconds West a distance of 130.0 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way and easement of ingress and egress
running with the land over said "Colonial Road" from the Northeasterly
corner of the premises Southerly to said 7Ed's Road";

way to be known as "Victoria Drive", and
