BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Joseph Czartosieski and Theodora Czartosieski, his wife, to the grantors herein by deed~dated February 17th, 1962 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on February 27th, 1962 in Liber 5131 at page 324. This conveyance is subject to the covenants and restrictions set forth in said deed.
