In the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the northerly line of South Street at
a point 113.72 feet easterly along said line from the easterly line of
Oaklawn Avenue and being at the southeasterly corner of land conveyed
by Sarah E. Gagen to Lademann by deed dated June, 1957; from said point
of beginning running along said land of Lademann, North 7 degrees 22
minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 150 feet to other land of said
Lademann; thence along said other land of Lademann, and then along
land of MacNish, North 82 degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds East a distance
of 100.0 feet; thence along other land late of Sarah E. Gagen, South 7
degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 150 feet to the north-
erly line of said South Street; thence along said northerly line of
South Street, South 82 degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds West a distance
of 100 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to the following covenants and restrictions:
1. That every dwelling house erected on said premises shall cost not
less than Eight Thousand ($8,000.) Dollars;
2. No fowl and/or animals other than the usual type of household pets
are to be kept on said premises.
