ALSO with a right of way over said 25 foot private road known as
"Sun Lane" and over a 2$ foot private road known as "Bayberry Road"
as shown on said map, from the premises to Main Bayvisw Road and over
the 15 foot extension of Bayberry Road running to West Creek.
