by deed recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Libel"
3281 of deeds at page 179, and that the said Frank R. Lekich died
testate a resident of Queens County, Hew York, on Nay 4, 1956,
leaving as his surviving spouse, Anna R. Leklch, the party of the
