January 14, 1959 in Liber 4572 cp 476; running thence North 720 30'
East 115.15 feet along the southerly line of Main Road to a stone
monument; running thence South 160 53' 50" East 176.23 feet along
land of Paul Diefenbacher to a stone monument; running thence South
710 37' 30"West along land of Paul Diefenbacher 100.25 feet; run-
ning thence South 710 48' 40e West along land of Downs 31.89 feet
to the land of said Flora F. Lesser; running thence along last men-
tioned land North 110 28' 00" West 178.43 feet to the point or place
of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first by John Holies, by deed dated October 1, 1954 and recorded
in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 7,. 1954 in Liber 3770
of Deeds at page 255.
SUBJECT to a mortgage held by the Southold Savings Bank on which
there is a principal balance due of $4,950.11 together with interest
from December 1, 1962, which mortgage the party of the second part
hereby assumes and agrees to pay.
SUBJECT to a purchase money mortgage in the amount of $27,500.00
bearing even.date herewith and intended to be recorded simultaneously
herewith.
