BEGINNING at a point marked by a concrete monument set on the South—
easterly line of the North Road at the Westerly or Northwesterly
corner of +he premises herein described and the Northerly or North—
easterly corner of land of Charnews{ running thence in a Northeasterly
direction along the Southeasterly line of the North Road a distance
of 298 feet, more or less, to a point marked by a concrete monument
and land of Kaelin; running thence in a Southeasterly direction along
said land of Kaelin a distance of 217 feet, more or less, to a point
marked by a concrete monument; running thence in a Northeasterly
direction along said land of Kaolin a distance of 108 feet, more or
less, to a concrete monument and land of BOOTH; running thence in a
Southeasterly direction along said land of Booth a. distance of 858
feet, more orless, to a point marked by a concrete monument; running
thence in a Southwesterly direction still along said land of Booth
a distance of 344 feet, more orless, to a concrete monument and

of the first part by deed dated March 18, 1958 and recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 21, 1958 in
