HORTON, of Mounted Route 12, Phillipsburg, i I Warren County, New Jersey, and RUTH A. HORTON of 535 Fairbanks I Street, Phillipsburg, Warren County, New Jersey, formerly his I'0 wife, parties of the first part, _AND_ w HARRY D. This deed is given for the purpose of correcting an error in the description in a deed made by the parties of the t first part hereto to the party of the second part hereto, exe- cuted, acknowledged and delivered on the 19th day of April, 1958, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 4471 of Conveyances at Page 68, on the 11th day of June, 1958. WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part, in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar and other good and valuable considerations, lawful money of the United States, to them in hand paid by the party of the second part, do hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of !:���H51fG earr36f� New York, beginning at a cement monument in the Southerly line of Indian Neck Lane at the northeast corner of lands formerly owned by Flora Appleby; running thence North seventy-eight (78) degrees, eleven (11) minutes and thirty (30) seconds East one hundred and thirty-one and ninety-four one-hundredths (131.94) feet along Indian Neck Lane to a cement monument; thence south three (3) degrees, eight (8) minutes and forty (40) seconds East two thousand two hundred and eight and sixteen one-hundredths (2,208.16) feet to a cement monument; thence south fifty-four (54) degrees, thirty-eight (38) minutes and ten (10) seconds East five hundred and forty-eight and seventy-one one-hundredths (548.71) feet through the center of a cement monument to high water mark of Little Peconic Bay; thence south sixteen (16) degrees, thirty-seven (37) minutes and ten (10) seconds West four hundred and nineteen and sixty-one one-hundredths (419.61) feet along high water mark of Little Peconic Bay; thence north through the center of a cement monument seventy (70) degrees, five (5) minutes and twenty (20) seconds West seven hundred and seven and eighty one-hundredths (707.80) feet to a cement monument, which monument has been placed in the easterly side of lands formerly owned by Flora Appleby; thence north one (1) degree, fifteen (15) minutes and thirty (30) seconds West one hundred and fourteen (114) feet along the easterly side of lands formerly owned by Flora Appleby to a cement monument; thence south seventy (70) degrees, thirty-six (36) minutes and forty (40) seconds East one hundred and fifty-seven and eighty five one-hundredths (157.85) s NRER5166 PAGE367 feet to a cement monument; thence north one (1) degree, seventeen (17) minutes and forty (40) seconds West two thousand five hundred and ninety-five and fifty-seven one-hundredths (2,595.57) feet to the place of beginning; being designated as lots No. 2 and 3 on a map showing partition of property of Phillip H. Horton and Harry D. Horton situate at Indian Neck, Peconic, New York, made by Halsey & VanTuyle September 2nd, 1919, reference to which map is made for a more particular description. The above described Lots, as shown by the above men- tioned map comprise 16.014 acres. BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Grantors acquired by deed dated March 12, 1926 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1221, Page 473 on the 26th day of January, 1927; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the parties of the first part in and to said premises. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, AND the said parties of the first part covenant that they have not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever.
