TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to the North Road, lying in front of and adjacent to the said premises. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Charles W. Hubbard to Paul J. Sakowicz by deed dated June 28, 1956 and recorded July 16, 1956 in the office ofthe Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 4144 page 307. (Release of above parcel is in Liber 4144 at page 316, of mortgage in Liber 1529 at page aLp. 118, and assigned Liber 1529 m.p. 116.)
