York, bounded and described as Mows:
BEGINNING at a point which 4t4e southwesterly corner of premises
conveyed by the grantor herein o Paul J. Sakowitz by deed dated June
28, 1956 and recorded on July 956 in the office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk in Llber at page 307, which said point of
beginning is also the followin t courses and distances from a men-
ument on the southerly side of .oTfh Road at the northeasterly corner
of land of Case and the northw terly corner of other land of the grant-
or herein, and from said monum t running along the southerly line of
the North Road North 58 degree 34 at
50 seconds East, a distance
✓ of 84.58 feet to the northwesterly corner of the premises conveyed in
the deed above referred to in Liber 4144 at apge 307; and thence running
along said premises conveyed in Liber 4144 at page 307 South 31 degrees
25 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 80 feet to the said south-
westerly corner of said premises which is the point of beginning herein;
from said point of beginning running the following three courses and
distances along land of the grantor herein: (1) South 31 degrees 25
minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 5 feet to a point; (2) North 58
degrees 34 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 60 feet to a point;
(3) North 31 degrees 25 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 5 feet
to-the southeasterly corner of the said premises conveyed in Liber 4144
at page 301; running thence along said land South 58 degrees 34 minutes
50 seconds West, a distance of 60 feet to the point of beginning.
BEING and intended to be an extension southerly of the property
hereinabove conveyed in Liber 4144 at page 307, 5 feet in depth and
60 feet in width.
