sideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grind and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or ouccessam and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of koxwith the buildings and improvements thereon erected,

of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
northerly by land formerly of the heirs of Cordello D. Elmer;
easterly by lands formerly of Lucrettia Glover, deceased; south—
erly by land formerly of Michael McCabe and westerly by land
formerly of John Butler, and containing by estimation 5 and
24/100ths of an acre, and the easterly line of said parcel of
land is to run parallel to the westerly line thereof at a distance
of 270 feet therefrom and being and intended to be the westerly
third of a piece of woodland of which the said Lucrettia Glover
died seised and possessed.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Wee
Bednosky by deed made by Edith W. Price and Frederick G. Price,
dated June 16, 1955, recorded June 27, 1955, in liber 3915 of
conveyances, page 306, in the Suffolk county clerk's office.
