TOG UHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the parties
of the first part of, in and to the land lying in the bed of any street,
road or avenue in front of and adjoining said premises to the center
line thereof.
TOGETHER with the right to pass and repass over the roads, str ort
sand avenues shown on said Map, and the ri,zit, in common with the ownors
lof the lots shown on said hap, to use the beaches dosignated on said

promises were thoreaftor conveyed by Norris E. Flamer and 'thol
