This is a Correction Deed intended to correct deed dated June 13th, 1962 between the above parties by including the following recitals: Being and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed by Joseph A. Bruderman and wife to Martha Sax by deed dated November 2nd, 1936, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1899 of Deeds at Page 370 on December 29, 1936 @ 10:30 WIM., and a portion of the premises conveyed by Martha Sak to Martha Sax and Theresa G. Sax by deed dated October 4th, 1955 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3988 of deeds at page 55, and thereafter conveyed by Martha Sax and Theresa G. Sax to Kurt O. Gronau by deed dated June 5th, 1962 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the Ilth day of June, 1962 in Liber 5178, Page 500.
