N, Y., and filed do the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on
the 22nd day of January, 1959, as Map No. 2910.
TOGETHER with a right of way over "Bay Haven Lane," "Waters-
edge Way," "Gin Lane" and "Mid Way," as shown on said map, and the
right, in common with other owners of the lots shown on said map to
the use of the "Community Beach" as designated on said map.
RESERVING nevertheless unto the grantor, his heirs, admin-
istrators, executors and assigns, the fee to the said "Bay Haven
Lane," "Watersedge Way," "Gin Lane" and "Mid Way," and to the "Com -
munity Beach," and all franchise rights therein and the right of
dedication of said streets to the proper governmental agency for
street purposes and the right of dedication of said community beach
to the proper governmental agency for use thereby as a. public beach.
SUBJECT to the provisions of the declaration recorded by
the party of the first part on February 10, 1959, in the Suffolk
