N. , and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the
22ndY.-day of January, 1959, as Map No. 2910.
TOGETHER with a right of way over "Bay Haven Lane," "Waters-
edge Way," "Gin Lane" and "Mid Way," as shown on said map, and the
right, in common with other owners of the lots shown on said map to
the use of the "Community Beach" as designated on said map.
SUBJECT to covenants, reservations, reservations and ease-

The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage
v c executed by PETER GIORDANO and JAMES GIORDANO as mortgagors to the
SOUTHOLD SAVINGS BANK asmortgagee, which mortgage is dated October
22, 1960,.and was recorded on October 279 1960, in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk, in liber 3517 of mortgaes, at page

420, and on which mortgage there is now due the suof 4,737.49
with interest thereon at the rate of six per cent per annum from July
22, 1963, and that the grantees hereby assume and covenant to pay such
mortgage debt and interest as part of the consideration for this
1 conveyance.
