WUNESSELH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of tell dollars and other valuable coneidemtioa
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,silvans,
lying and beingiott5a at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County Or
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Pine Neck Road
a� where the same is intersected by the westerly line of Zane of
o� Henriette J. Hifton and running thence alone land of said Hifton
�., 402 feet to the highwater mark on Jockey Creek; again starting
from the above point of beginning on the northerly side of Fine heck
d .Road and running thence westerly along said road 100 feet to land
of Ella B. Sweet; thence running northerly along said land of
Sweet 502 feet to the highwater mark. on Jockey Creek; thence
easterly along the hiohwater mark of Jockey Creek to the northerly
end of the first course above set forth, containing cne and three
one-hundredths (1-31100) of an acre, by survey, and being lot f4
on a Leap of Property of G. ,yells Phillips, as surveyed by
Overton, Surveyor, kugust, 1909, and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Suffolk County November 6, 1909, and numbered 297, the
eas terZ,I and westerly lines being parallel and 100 feet apart.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part of, in and to the eaters and lands under the
water of said Jockey Creek adjoining said premises.
BEING and intended to be the same premises heretofore con-
veyed to the party of the first Dart herein by a certain deed
dated %ebruary 21, 1948, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk
Of the County of Suffolk on the 26th day of Tebruaru, 1948, in
Liber 2802 of conveyances on Page 79.
