WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
Per-titularly,described as follows,
BEGINNING at a point on the Northeasterly side of Dogwood Lane at the
Easterly corner of land of Burns; Rod running thence along said land of
Burne ou a line at right melee to said Northwesterly side of Dogwood
Lane, North 67 degrees 47 feet 50 inches West 85 feet more or lase, to
land of Lidi.o, Corp.; thence Northeasterly along said land of Lidice
Corp. 62.5 feet, or more, to land Conveyed or about to be conveyed by
the parties of the first part to Feetherstonhaugh; thence along said
- lend conveyed or abort to be conveyed to Featherstonhaugh on a line
at right angles to said Northwesterly side of Dogwood Lane, South 62
degrees 47 feet 50 inches East 88 feet moxa or lase to said North-
westerly side of Dogwood Lana; thence along said Northwesterly side
of Dogwood Lane South 27 degrees 12 feet 10 inches West 62.50 feet to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
THESE premia as are being conveyed subject to Covenants, eaemmts and restrictions
contained in former deeds of record, if any.
SUBJECT to zoning regulations and ordinances of the citys town or village in which
the premises lie.
THIS is a corrective deed intended to correct an erroneously, description set forth
in a prior deed made on the_26th day of August, 1960 by ROBERT A. GEE and ESTELLE
GEE, his wife, and which said deed was thereafter, duly recorded in Liber 4969 of
conveyances at Page 354 on the 6th day of April, 1961, in the Office of the
RRegister of the County of Suffolk.
