along said Main Bayview Road a distance of ll5.42 feet;
THENCE along the westerly boundary of said private lane and land and the extension
southerly of said westerly boundary thereof south 38 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds west
1899.63 feet to lands now or formerly of Mayer and Dickerson;

the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County., in Lib.er.3004,_ page .580 of deeds, AND
INCLUDING all rights which said Alary L. Dayton acquired Under said agreement with
respect to the private road located westerly of the property above. described, and
