WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

Caw1", filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 26, 1932
under Map No. 1097 more particularly described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly side of Mill Road at the
southeasterly corner of Lot 311; running
^0 THENCE north 77 degrees 30 minutes west along the northerly side ,
of PIi11 Road 85 feet;
THENCE north 6 degrees 00 minutes east through an iron pipe 12j
,t. feet to the ordinary high water mark of Goldsmith's Inlet;
THENCE easterly along the said high water mark a tie line course and
distance of South 69 degrees 03 minutes east 51.90 feet to the
westerly side of Lot 35;
THENCE south 9 degrees 48 minutes east through a pipe along the
said westerly side of lot 35, 126 feet to the northerly side of
Mill Roe! at the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the
first part in and to land lying under the waters of Goldsmith's
Inlet adjacent to said premises and in and to land lying within the
bounds of Mill Road adjacent to said premises to the center line
thereof.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part herein by Thomas W. Fowler, Jr. and Mary Fowler,
his wife by deed recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber
14811 of Deeds, at Page 420.

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
toads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to

successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
A purchase money first mortgage and bond made by the parties
of the second pert herein to the parties of the first part
