THIS INDENTURE, made the 29thdayof August . nineteen hundred and sixty-three
BETWEEN
HENRY J. SMITH and STELLA M. SMITH, his wire. both residing at
Peconio, New York,
party of the first part, and
ALBERT E. GELLING and GERTRUDE L. GELLING, his wife, both residing
at 66 Roosevelt Avenue, Malverne, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH. that the party of the first part, in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as Lot 9 on a certain map entitled,

the offioe of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on Ootober 18.
1961 as Map No. 3434.
TOGETHER WITH the right to use the 15.1 foot by 134.55
foot strip of waterfront beach as shown on said map for recreational
purposes only.
