HENRY J. SMITH and STELLA M. SMITH, his wife, both residing at
Peconic, New York,
party of the lirst part, and
JOHN A. GIGLIO and ROSE MARY GIGLIO, his wife, both residing

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

of New York, known and designated as Lot #14 and Lot #15 on a cer-
tain map entitled "Map of Peconic Bay Oaks, situate at Indian Neck,
Peconic, Town of Southold, Suffolk county, New York, owned and
developed by Henry J. Smith and Stella M. Smith, his wife, Peconic,
New York", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on October 18, 1961 as Map #3434.
TOGETHER with the right to use the 134.55 foot stretch of
beach shawn on said map which is 15.14 feet in depth on the
westerly end and 16.39 feet in depth on the easterly end, for
recreational purposes only.
SUBJECT to the covenants and restrictions attached hereto.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress to and from
Peconic Bay over that section of Robinson Lane that is in private
ownership.
