Beginning at a monument on the northwesterly line of Petty Road
36.61 foot southwesterly along said northwesterly line from Youngs
Avenue, said point of beginning being the southeasterly corner of land
of Karl H. Gruppo and Betty Clarke Gruppe, his wife, and Frances
Coleman and the northeasterly. corner of land of Wilbur S. Potty and
wife; from said point of beginning running along said northwesterly
line of Potty Road, South 390 01' 40" West - 60.0 feet; thonce along
said land of Wilbur S. Potty and wife, North 60° 401 30" West - 36.01
foot to said land of Karl H. Gruppo and Betty Clark Gruppe, his wife,
and Frances Coleman; thence along said last mentioned land North 670
16' 50" East - 75.0 ,foot to the point of beginning.
