of Southold, County of Sui'f'o1k and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
Northerly by land of the Long Island Railroad Company; Easterly by
land of Vincent Ovsianik; Southerly by land of Anton Stelzer and
Westerly by land of Anton Stelzer. Containing Eighteen (18) acres,
more or less, together with a right-of-way to and from the same to
the Main South Road over Maple Avenue.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by William
A. Williams and wif'e to Forest H. Gordon, by deed dated January I,
1910 and recorded in Suf'f'olk County Clerkls Of'fice in Libel' 708 of'
Conveyances, page 253 on January 5, 1910.
ALSO, ALL that tract or parcel of land, with the buildings thereon,
situate at Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of' New York, bounded Easterly by Maple Avenue 106 feet; Northerly
by land of Anton Stelzer 16 rods; Westerly by land of Anton Stelzer
112 feet; and souther1 y by land late of William A. Williams 16 rods.
together with a right-of-way to and from the same to the Main South
Road over Maple Avenue.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by William
A. Williams and wife to Forest H. Gordon by deed dated June 9, 1915
and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Libel' 908 of Con-
veyances page 377 on July 2. 1918.
Both of the above descrl bed parcels are the sarne premises
conveyad by Forest H. Gordon to Antone Gajeski and Helen Gajeski,
his Wife. by deed dated January 7. 1927 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on January 8. 1927, in Libel' 1246 of Conveyances
page 565.
