Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Jacob Tyler as Executor of the Last Will and Testament ot Philip Weckesser, deceased, to Irving Rodman Webb and Beatrice S. Webb, his wife, the grantors berein, by Deed dated January 3, 1945, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 5, 1945, in ~iber 2416 of Deeds at Page 29. ( '.
