of Jane A. CochI>an" as surveyed by J. Wickham Case, October 1867, filed
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Ofrice on QO'tillber 6, 1870 as Map #399,
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Cottage Place
where said easterly side of Cottage Place is intersected by the
northerly line of Lot 33 as said northerly line of' Lot 33 1s shown
on a certain survey by otto W. Van Tuy1 and Sonj Lioensed Land Sur-
veyors, Groenport, N.Y., dated October 17,1963 (a copy of which survey
is attacbed bereto and made a part hereof); running thence NOl'th 71
degroes 55 minutes 40 seconds East a. distance of 159.69 teet to lands
formerly of i'Iary Isabelle Buokley; running thenoe South 18 degrees 05
minutes 50 seconds East along said last mentioned land a distance of
109.47 feet; running thenCe South 73 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds West
a distance of 165.78 feet to the easterly side of' Cottage Place;
running thence Nortb 14 degrees 48- minutes 00 seoonds West along the
easterly side ot Cottage Plaoe a distance of 104.60 fe~t to the point
or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Jacob
Tyler as Executor of the Last Will and Testament ot Philip Weckesser,
deceased, to Irving Rodman Webb and Beatrice S. Webb, his wife, the
grantors berein, by Deed dated January 3, 1945, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 5, 1945, in ~iber 2416 of
Deeds at Page 29.
