THIS INDENTURE,made the day of August a runoteen hundred and sixty-two, BETWEEN OTTO YARD and ELIZABETH A. YANG, his wife, both residing at 119-43 80th Read, Kew Gardens, Queens County, New York, party of the first part,and T-TILnRED A. EICHLER residing at 135-19 Coolidge Street, Kew Gardens, QueensCounty New York, i party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release now the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, - ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvemeats thereon erected,situate, lyingandbeing4o at Laughing Waters, Southold, Southold Town, Suffolk j County, New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a concrete monument sat on the northerly side of Wabun Street at the southeasterly corner of the premises herein described adjoining land of Palasciano on the east; running thence along the northerly side of I Wabun Street S. 87o 261 W.- 70.0 feet to land of Nichols Properties, j Inc.; running thence along said land of Nichols Properties, Inc. and Y land of Matson N. llo 191 W.- 211.25 feet to the southerly line of Opechee Avenue; running thence along the southerly side of Opechae Avenue 2 courses and distances as follows: (1) N. 77o 101 E.-31.40 feet to a monument and thence (2) S. 72o 401 E.-42.55 feet to a monument and land of Palasciano; running thence along said land S. llo 261 E.-202.40 feet to the monu- w ment and place of beginning. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part, if any, in and to land lying within the bounds of Onechee �i Avenue and Wabun Street adjacent to said premises to the center lines thereof.
