THIS INDENTURE,made the 12 day of April ,nineteen hundred andsixty three

ti GEORGE DASKALOPOULOS and POTOUTA DASKALOPOIILOS, his wife, residing
at 81-19 Utopia Parkway, Jamaica, New York
parties of the second pert,
WITNESSETH,that the part y of the first part,in consideration of

lawful money of the United State,
paid by the parties of the second part do hereby grant and release onto the part ies of the second parr,
and assign,forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
ereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING on the northerly side of Sound View Avenue at a point where the
same would be intersected by a line running north 3 degrees 23 minutes 00
seconds east from the northerly side of Sound View Avenue to mean highwater
mark of Long Island Sound at a distance throughout its length of 66 1/2
feet from the easterly boundary of land of C. Posy;
RUNNING THENCE (1) from the said point of beginning along the line Inst
mentioned to man high water maCk of Long Island Sound;
THENCE RUNNING (2) in an easterly direction along the mean water mark of
Long Island Sotmd to a line parallel with the first mentioned line and
distant therefrom 66 1/2 feet;
RUNNING THENCE (3) in a southerly direction along the line just mentioned
to the northerly side of Sound View Avenue; and
RUNNING THENCE (4) in a westerly direction along the northerly side of
Sound View Avenue to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the first part,;
if any, in Sound View Avenue to the center line thereof opposite and
adjacent to said plot or parcel of land and in and to the beach and lands !
under water of Long Island Sound in frontthereof.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Michael
Goulandris by Iphigenia Patestides by deed dated September 27, 1956 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 4195 page 515.
