New York, bounded and described as follows: Northerly by the high-
way known as Sound View Avenue; Easterly by lends late of Edward
Funtting, deceased, and formerly of Howard M. Terry and others and
Dartly by lands of Gerald L. Case and Kenneth D. Case; Southerly by
the highway known as the North Road; Westerly by land. late of Alex
Zebroski and partly by land now or formerly of Katherine W. Case.
Containing by estimation forty-eight (48) acres, more or less.
Being and intended to be the same oremises conveyed by Ezra G.
Beebe, unmarried, to Frank Zaweski and Stasia Zaweski, his wife, by
Seed dated January 2, 1918 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office in Liber 961 of deeds at page 219 on January 3, 1918 =� 9 A.M.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part of, in and to the Sound View Avenue and the North Road
lying adjacent to the said premises, and to the center lines thereof.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Stasia
Zaweski to Frances Doroski by deed dated March 3, 1950, and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 6, 1950, in Liber 3052
of Deeds at page 96.
