RUNNING THENCE north 33 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds west along the

THE~CE south 41 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds east 102.66 feet to
the northerly side of the aforesaid right of way;
AND RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of said right of way the
following two courses and distances:
(I) Westerly along a curve bearing to the right having a radius of
941.29 feet a distance of 15.74 feet which curve is subtended by a
chord having a bearing and distance of south 48 degrees 55 minutes

(2) Westerly along a curve bearing to the right having a radius of
450 feet a distance of 124.27 feet which curve is subtended by a
