westerly line of a proposed 50 bigot highway to be known as "Bennett
Lane", said westerly line running South 9 degrees 40 minutes 40
seconds West a distance of 350.28 feet from a point on the southerly
line of Pine Neck Road 210.38 feet westerly along said southerly
line from the northeasterly corner of land of the Southold Development
Corporation and the northwesterly corner of land of Breitstadt; from
said point of beginning running along said northerly line of "Custer
Avenue", North 78 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds West a distance.of
110.0 feet • thence along land conveyed, or about to be conveyed, by
the Southold Development Corporation to Winters, (Lot 5) North 11
degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 190.12 feet; thence
along land conveyed, or about to be conveyed, by the Southold De-
velopment Corporation to Weston, South 83 degrees 47 minutes 10
seconds East a distance of 103.69 feet to said westerly line of
"Bennett Lane"; thence along said westerly line of "Bennett Lane",
South 9 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 200.0 -
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
THE aforesaid premises above described being known and desig-
nated as Lot No. 6 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Fairview Park,
itSection 1" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's.Office on August 9,
1961, under File No. 3388.
