Moser and Elizabeth Moser, his wife, by deed dated December 7, 1959 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 30, 1959 in Liber 4747 at Page 578 thereof. TOGETHER with any and all water rights which the parties of the first part may have for use In common with others of the weters of Goose Bay.
