WITNESSETH that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,Piece or parcel of land, sttvatr+
lying and being mXhe at Pine Neck, near Southold, Toem of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, knoo-m and designased as
lot #47 on a certain man entitled "Map of Southwood, Loss
Numbered 1-53 inclusive made from ,tuzl survey completed
October 1, 1953 by Otto Van Tuyl, and Son, L.L.S. .Greenport,
N.Y:', and which man vas filed in the office of the Cleric o£ the
County of Suffolk on ilovember 24, 1953 as ",iap #2141.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES heretofore conveyed by Mary Bliss fiodlnis
to George W. Moser and Elizabeth Moser, his wife, by deed dated
December 7, 1959 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on December 30, 1959 in Liber 4747 at Page 578 thereof.
TOGETHER with any and all water rights which the parties of the
first part may have for use In common with others of the weters
of Goose Bay.
TOGETHER with right of Ingress and egress for pedestrians and
ifflnnM motor vehicles to and from nearest public highway.

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the centerlines theroof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second par[forever.

whereby the said promises have been encumbered in any way.whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such cousid-
station as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the mist of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the rest of the fmprovernent before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
