The conveyance heroin is subject to a certain mortgage made by Rodes Trautman and Anna C. Trautman, his wife, to Southold Savings Bank, dated September 30, 1957, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 1, 1957 in Libor 2914 of Mortgages at page 302, and on which mortgage there is now duo and owing the sum of 416,135.50 with interest thereon at the rate of 4v % par annum from December 30, 1961, and the parties of the second part hereby assume and covenant to pay such mortgage debt and interest as part of the consideration of this convoyance, and the parties of the second part have executed this instrument for the sole purpose of evidencing such assumption of the mortgage debt and the agreement to pay the same.
