paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

situate at Arshamomoque, Town of Southold, New York, June 16, 1931, otto
W. Van Tuyl. SurveyorllJ whioh map was filed in the Suftolk County Clerk's
Of'f'ice on September 2, 1931 as and by Map 539.
EXCEPTING therefrom so much as was heretotore taken by the New York
State Department 01' Works in the alteration of the public higpway known
as Main Road. The aforesaid premises to be conveyed herein being more
particularly bounded and desoribed as follows:-
Beginning at a point on the northerly line at' Main Road at the south-
easterly corner of Lot 6 on said Map and the southwesterly corner of Lot
9; running thence along said Lot 8 North 20 degrees 5.5 minutes 40 second~
West, a distance of 114.97 teet to a stake and land of Long Island Rail-
road Company; running thence along said land of Long Island Railroad
Company North 69 degrees 04 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of lSO.OC
feet to a point marked by a pipe and the westerly line at Lot l2.on said
Map; running thence along said westerly line at Lot 12 South 20 degreos
55 minutes 40 seconds East, a distanoo of 100.00 teet to a point marked
by an iron pipe on the northerly line of Main South Road; running thence
along the northerly line of' Main South Road South 63 degrees 22 minutos
20 seconds West, a di stance at' l.5D. 74 foet to the point or place of
beginning.
Said premises being and intended to be the same premises as descrlbe~
in deed reoorded in Libel' 4882 of Deeds at page 249, together with the
same premises as described in deed recorded in Libel' 4357 at Deeds at
page 136.
SUBJECT, however, to the reservation by Michael Morris as describod
in deed recorded in Libel' 4433 or Deeds at page 110.
TOGETHER with Ql1 right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any strem:s and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
