J ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
Ell being at Bay View, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
D Suffolk, and State of Now York, known and designated as Lot No. 51 on
IL a certain map entitled "Subdivision Map of CEDAR BEACH PARK",complated
September 15, 1926, by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Surveyor, and filed in the

I EXCEPTING THEREFROM, however, a strip of land fifty feet in width

extending from Cedar Point Drive easterly a distance of 292.52 feet,
more or less, to Clear View Road, the northerly line of said strip of
