of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 26th day of June 1956 as Map
"10. 2575.
SUBJECT to the provisions of the declaration recorded by
the seller on October 20, 1959, in the Suffolk County Clerkls Office
in Liber !~711 at page 85.
