Connor to John J. Bauer and wife by dead dated Novenbor 4, 1949, and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 25, 1949,
in Libor 3020 of deeds at page 343, and being the same promises convoyed
by John J. Bauer and Evelyn M. Bauer, his wife, to Anthony Carcich and
Pater Herzich, by dead dated July 20, 1960 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on July 27, 1960 in Libor 4848 of deeds at page
43.
SUBJECT to a mortgage in the amount of 48,500.00 now reduced to
