as County Treasurer of said County, pursuant to the authority hereinafter mentioned, party

Whereas the lands and premises here below described were duly sold for unpaid taxes
charged thereon by the County Treasurer of the County of Suffolk,Now York,in the month

end upon such sale the said lands and premises were struck ,if to the County of Suffolk,and
Whereas the time for the redemption of the same fro,said sale has expired and said lands
and premises have not been redeonled and the same have been conveyed to the County of
Sulfollc by the County T4eaawer thereof in the manner prescribed by law, and
Whereon' the Board of Supercisu.. of the County of Suffolk and State of New York,pur-
suant to law did on the 5th day of February, 1940, by resolution prescribe the mannas and
icons upon which the County Treoswcr of the Count, of Suffolk is authorized in the name
of said County to release and quitclaim all its interest in said lands, and
Whereas the part y hereto of the second part desire to purchase a quitclaim deed for
the said lands from the said County Treasurer in the manner and upon terms prescribed by
Ill" resolution aforesaid.
Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other Saud and valuable considerations paid by the pant Y of the second
part, being the amount of the items pressrhod by the resolution aforesaid as required to be
paid upon the purchase of a quitclaim deed for the land herein set forth, excepting that part
of the promises herein, if any, that may have been taken by Suffolk Counts for highway put-

pose or damaged or destroyed by the elements, and Further "The County of Suffolk reserves
the right to enter upon the property described in this instrument for the purposes of recon-
{' strutting dunes and planting beach grass at any and all times when it may be considered
necessary by the Superintendent of Blighways of the County of Suffolk."
"The affected area in this reservation shall be between the high water mark of the Atlantic
Ocean and a line 400 feet north inland from said high water mark."
The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has, released and quitclaimed and hereby
does release and quitclaim unto the part y of the second part, her heirs and
assigns forever all its right,title and interest of, in and to the following described premises:
