PARCEL ONE: ALL that certa1D. plot, piece or parcel or land with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being
near Southold, in the Town or Southold, County or Sufrolk and State of
New York, and bronded and describod as f'ollows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly boundary line or land of'
Jonathan Overton at the point where said boundary line is intersected
by the boundary line between land of' Margery D. Burns and land of'
Fischer, said point or boginning being 210 :feet northeasterly along
said northwesterly boundary line from the northerly line of Horton Lane;
from said.point of beginning running along said land or Fischer, North

other 20 foot private road about 210 feet to Horton Lano.
ALSO with tho right to use, in common with others not in excess of
six or soven, a private beach lying betwoon the boundary lines of said
land of Margory D. Burns, and extending from Long Island Sound easterly
about 200 feet to another 20 foot private road known as Sunset Path.
ALSO with a right of way over Sun sot Path across said land of
Margery D. Burns.

of which begins at tho terminus of tho last described right of way and
