SUBJECT, however, to a mortgage on Parcel III herein held by Elizabeth M. THIS is a correction and confirmation deed. The deed made by John C. Moffat and his wife, dated May 25th, 1953 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on May 27th, 1953 in Liber 3521 at page 489 contained the errora below enumerated. . It is the inten- tion of the signatories hereto to donfirm the title to the premises therein described in and to the Santee herein, as to t_he undivided one-half (z) interest mentionedin tris aforesaid deed. The corrections are as follows: 1. The grantors in said prior deed were John C. Moffat and Florence C. Moffat, his wife. The names should have been stated therein as John G. Moffat and Frances C. Moffat, his wife. The said John C.: Moffat was never married to a person by the name of Florence C. Moffat. 2. The acknowledgement to said prior deed was defective in that it states that John C. Moffat and Florence C. Moffat, his wife, acknowledged. At the time of the acknowledgement an interlineation was inserted by crossing out the name Florence and adding thereto in pencil the name Francis. This interllneation shouldhaveappeared as Frances.
