Suffolk, and State of New York, bounded End described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of the North Road distant
along said line 49,33 feet westerly from the northwest corner of land
of Ruch (which Point of beginning is also the northwesterly corner of
land of Richard and Carole Gibbs); and running thence along the south-
erly line of the North Road south 610 59. 30" west, 50 feet to a point;
running thence south 310 40' 50" east, 90,18 feet to a point in the
center line of Old Cove Boulevard; running thence along the center line
of Old Cove Boulevard north 610 59' 10" east, 50 feet to a ptmt; runnin
thence north 310 40' 50" west, 90.18 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING,
TOGETHER with the right to pass and repass over the 20 foot private
rights of way known as OldCove Boulevard, Carole Road and Beverly
Road as same presently exists to and from the nearest public highway.
SUBJECT to: (1) conditions, covenants, reservations restrictions and
easements of record; (2) the rights of others to grant easements in,
over and under the said private rights of way to public utilities for
introducing and maintaining utility services; and (3) the rights of
other owners of property bordering on said private rights of e;ay to
pass and repass over the southerly 10 feet of tlae above described prop-
erty,
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by Gerhard Schubert and Eleanor Schubert, his wife, by deed
dated February 13, 1960' recorded March 30, 1960 in the Suffolk County
Clerk's office in liber 4788 of deeds at page 175.
