1957, in Liber 4339 of Deeds at Page 129, together with all the
rights and privileges therein contained and subject to the covenants
and restrictions therein set forth, and being the same premises of
which the said. John F. Ranahan died seised and possessed on November
14s 1962, which premises were devised by his Last Will and Testament
to Edith B. Ransh Lu, the grantor herein.
