Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone on the westerly side of Minnehaha Blvd. 72.15
feet from a corner stone on the westerly side of MS nnehaha Boulevard
opposite Opechee Avenue, thence westerly 131.00 feet to a stake;thence
northerly 70.00 feet along property of Stanton S. Mott to a stake;
thence easterly 115.40 feetto the westerly line of Minnehaha Boule-
vard; thence along Minnehaha Boulevard 73.0.5 feet to the point or place
of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Cedric H.
Wickham and Claretta S. Wickham, his wife, to Percival Bulger and Rosins.
Bulger, his wife, as tenants by the entirety, by Deed dated March 31st,
1938 Bud recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's Office on May 16, 1946
In Liber 2565 of deeds at page 305 and subject to the covenants and re-
strictions therein contained, the said Percival Bulger having died a
resident of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on July 20, 1956, sur-
vived by his wife, Rosina Bulger, the said Rosins Bulger having died a
resident of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on July 16, 1961,leaving
a last Will and Testament duly admitted to probate by the Surrogate of
Suffolk County on September 7, 1961 (Surrogate's Court File No. 912-P-
1961) at which time letters testamentary were issued to Thomas H.Kelly
the Executor named in her Will. And this Deed is given solely for the
Purpose of confirming the bequest contained in the last Will and Testa-
ment of the said Rosina Bulger, who was also known as Rosina Marie
Bulger.
