thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Hamlet of Southold,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows;
BEGINNING at a monument set at the southeast corner of the premises here-
in described and at the southwest corner of land of H. Wells, said monu-
ment being distant 200 feet westerly as measured along the south side of
land of said Wells from the west side of the Main Road;
RUNNItIG THENCE North 81 degrees 16 minutes 50 seconds West along land of
W. C. Bolenius 478,80 feet to other land of W. C. Bolenius.
THENCE North 12 degrees 04 minutes 40 seconds East 277 feet to land of
Frank Akscin;
THENCE easterly along land of said Akscin South 81 degrees 12 minutes
20 second s East 481,56 feet to land of Salmon;
THENCE running South 12 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds West along last
mentioned land and land of H. Wells 276.44 feet to the point or place
of beginning.
The grantors above named are the same persons named as grantees in deed
dated June 15, 1946 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on
June 17, 1946 in Liber 2578 at page 472.
