paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the parties of

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Henry
B. Lytle and Mabel P. Lytle, his wife, by deed dated January 17,
1942 and recorded on January 19, 1942 in Liber 2214 cp 06 made by
John H. Lehr and others. The grantors herein are the same persons
as the grantees in the deed in Liber 2214 op 06.
