point or place of beginning; running thence from said true point or place
of beginning South 64 degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds East 165 feet to land
now or formerly of W. Berg; running thence along last mentioned land and
land now or formerly of Peters South 25 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds
West 161 feet; running thence North 64 degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds West
165 feet; running thence North 25 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds East 161
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
