existing under the laws of the State of New York with its principal
office at Main Street (no number), Southold, New York,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot;piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate,lying and being ixXka at Bayview, near Southold, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and

49.80 feet; thence (2) Northeasterly on a curve to the right having
a radius of 127.0 feet distance of 115.69 feet, to said southerly
line of "Robinson Road"; thence along said southerly line, two
courses as follows: (1) S. 800 541 20" E. - 120.75 feet; thence (2)
easterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 177.0 feet a
distance of 27.41 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a Right of Way over said "Robinson Road" from
