1'815 INDENTURE, made the 20th day of September , nineteen bundi-&1 and Sixty-three
BETWEEN
HERBERT HERMANNS and EMMA HERMANNS. his wife, both residing at
Southold, New York,
party of the first part, and
THEODORE RANDOLPH BRUCKNER, residing at 583 Broadway, Carle Place,
New York.
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH. that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, , situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southo1d, Suffolk County and State of New
York, known and designated as and by plot numbers 115, 116, 117.
118, 119 and 120 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Goose Bay
Estates", in the Town of Southold, Suffolk. N.Y., said map being
made by Lewis N. Waters, L.S. of oyster Bay, L.T., New York dated
September 12, 1934 and filed in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on the 13th day of November 1934 as and by the
Map No. 1176.
TOGETHER with all the right. title and interest, if any.
of the party of the first part in and to Cedar Avenue in front of
and abutting said premises to the center line thereof.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
sellers herein by Louise M. Benedict by deed dated January 23, 1953
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on February 7,
1953 in Liber 3472 cp 499.
EMMA HERMANNS states that she has been known by no other
name for more than the ten years preceeding the date of this
instrument.
THE grantors herein state that they are the same persons
as the grantees in deed dated January 23rd, 1953 and recorded in
