TOGETHER with a right of way over "Bag Haven Lane,"
�; "Watersedge Way," "Gin Lane" and "Mid Way," as shown on said map,
and the right, in common with other owners of the lots shown on said
map to the use of the "Community Beach" as designated on said map.
SUBJECT to the provisions of the declaration recorded
by the party of the first part on February 10, 1959, in the Suffolk
County Clerk's office in Liber 4585 at page 346.
RESERVING NEVERTHELESS unto the grantor, his heirs, ad-
mi.nistrators, executors and assigns, the fee to the said "Bay Haven
A Lane," "Watersedge Way," "Gin Lane" and "Mid Way", and to the "Com-
m munity Beach" andall franchise rights therein and the right of dedi-
• D cation to the Southold Bay Haven Property Owners Association, Inc.,
d US or to the proper governmental agency for the use thereby and maintenance
thereof.
NOTWITHSTANDING anything to the contrary herein contain-
ed FURTHER RESERVING unto the grantor, his heirs, administrators,
exeosstora and assigns, an easement over the said "Gin Lana" and
"Watersedge Way" and the westerly 25 feet of Lot number 56, for the
benefit of land of William C* Mayer and M. D. Dickerson for the pur-
pose of ingress and agrees to and from said premises and to and from
the public highway known as Main.Bay View Road, which,said easement
may be granted or withheld atthe option. of.the .party ofithefirst part.
THE PARTIES OF THE SECOND PART agree for themselves; their
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, that they will join the
